I'm writing this about 10 mins after finishing my workout...so I'm a little shaky :) It was a great one today - and by great I mean terrible. The past 2 days have been a little of everything. Weights, hill sprints and stairs yesterday morning, then stand up wrestling with some ground and pound in the evening. This morning started with an airdyne workout followed by shadow boxing, pads, sparring and ground and pound to finish. I"m going to be ready for anything and everything that Roxanne comes out with.
Well, I'm going to head off to shower, eat and rehydrate, but I thought I would give everyone a quick update. This whole week has been an exhausting one. Adam does a great job of making sure he kills me in training; therefore, come the fight I'll be excited that it's a maximum of 25 min (obviously planning on finishing earlier). Whether the fight ends at 1 min or 25 I'll still be fresh and ready for more!
